Effectively Onboarding Your New (& Not-So-New) Board Members

Description:

An effective board is the gold standard for high-performing nonprofits. Unfortunately, they don’t just happen. Instead, they must be intentionally crafted and continuously nurtured to maximize director engagement and satisfaction. This session will provide insight into how to effectively onboard new board members (Hint: It starts WAY before the first meeting!) and how onboarding new members can help re-inspire and engage continuing board members.

Who should join:

This session will be most impactful for nonprofit executives and board chairs who are looking to maximize the effectiveness of their boards of directors.
